  • I stayed at this delightful property in October 2023. I went with a few friends and a couple of their teenage children, and we all had the best time ever. The pool was great fun, and the hot tub was amazing to relax in after a swim. One night was a bit chilly so we lit the fire and enjoyed the cosy lounge together for the evening. Would highly recommend this property. It is within walking distance of everything Selsey has to offer and is clean, warm, and inviting.

  • A perfect holiday home for a 3-generation family like ours. Comfortable, well equipped and all 12 of us could easily fit round the table to eat together and relax in the sitting room. The kids loved the large screen games and warm swimming pool, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi with its lovely sea view. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, and we had lovely walks and bike rides in the surrounding RSPB reserves. Thank you, Christine.
